Running a business can be taxing enough without having the headache of spending hours trying to work out what is wrong with your PC and more often than not having your own internal IT team is an expense you can well do without. That's why we have come up with FinalFix a no fix no fee remote assistance solution.

Your First Question - How Much Will It Cost?
We have tried to keep our pricing model simple to remain cost effective and make sure we are not a burden on your IT budget.


Remote Assistance - Option 1

Annual sign up £50 + £25 per issue or 'how do I'


Remote Assistance - Option 2

Monthly sign up £25 with 5 issues & 5 'how do I’s' free of charge¹


What Will My Money Get Me?

There are two main areas we can help you remotely. The first being what we affectionately call the "How Do I" the other being the more serious fault finding and diagnosis. Examples of "How Do I's" may include but not limited to some of the following:

  • Set-up and use anti-virus software
  • Delete or install new program's
  • Setup my email accounts
  • Attach a documents to my email
  • Create new folders
  • Configure my firewall
  • Do a mail merge
  • Add a desktop icon or shortcut

 

More serious problems or "Issues" may include some or all of the following

  • Security problems (virus and Spy ware Clean Up)
  • Backing up your data, photos and music to CD/DVD or external devices
  • Network & wireless installation connectivity, questions or problems
  • Hardware and software compatibility issues
  • Driver Installation


How does it work?

If you have not already downloaded our remote assistance software, we will talk you through the simply installation, once it is installed with your permission we will take control of your PC and spend up to 30 minutes diagnosing what Issues there are or if you have already asked for help with a "How Do I" we will carry out what it is you need help with.

If we are unable to fix the problem remotely we will give you a breakdown of what the issues are and discuss whether or not you would like us to make an On Site visit or in the worst case scenario we feel the PC needs to be looked at in our workshop.

¹ Remote Assistance - Option 2 requires regular monthly payments
