It is not always feasible to have your own internal IT team as it is a costly resource that may not be utilised often enough to warrant the salaries demanded by IT professionals. We like to think that we have all bases covered, If we are unable to fix the problem remotely we will give you a breakdown of what the issues are and discuss whether or not you would like us to make an On Site visit or in the worst case scenario we feel the PC needs to be looked at in our workshop.

What Will My Money Get Me?
With our on-site visits we operate what we term as a fair time policy, by this we mean that we will spend up to 1.5 hours on site for the fixed fee in order to resolve any issues you may have.

Most issues can be diagnosed within a few moments and it may well be the case that we have already gone through diagnostic testing remotely so we will be able to remedy the problem as quickly as possible. Most problems can be diagnosed by our technicians within minutes but if there is more work required they will inform you in advance of starting any remedial works. We are a professional organisation with an informal attitude so if the work looks like it will take an extra 15 minutes we are not going to make a charge for that as we believe that is a fair and honest way to work.
