• Sunday 6^th Of September 2009 23.54pm

  The problems with the server have not been resolvable, the decision was therefore taken to deploy a new server in an alternative datacentre. Please be assured that all data will remain in tact. The new server will be deployed overnight and will come online tomorrow morning approximately 11am - 1pm. The DNS migration has already begun. This process officially takes 24-48 hrs to complete, under normal circumstances we expect 16 hours to be the time for resolvement

  The server was installed this morning at 11:10am and went offline again at 11:21pm. We are still working on the problem

  All Data has been restored, the server has been configured.

  New We now expect the server to be reinstalled at 10:00am-11:00am today.

  Server is configured, just copying the last of the data across

• Saturday 5^th Of September 2009 7:06pm

  Data recovery at 50%, will be trying a different method for speed in just a moment.

  NewWe now expect the server to be reinstalled at 10:00am tomorrow morning.

• Saturday 5^th Of September 2009 1:27pm

  We have started restoring data from the old RAID array

  We currently expect the server to be reinstalled at 6:00pm tonight.

• Saturday 5^th Of September 2009 11:54am

  The server was extracted from the data centre at 10:00am this morning. Since then has been brought back to RPM head office for a rebuild

  The server has new hard drives installed and currently the operating system is being installed.

  We currently expect the server to be reinstalled at 6:00pm tonight.

• Friday 4^th Of September 2009 6:30pm

  On Friday 4th of October, this server went offline, we have attempted to bring it back online to establish the problem. However it will not stay online long enough to give us a chance.

  We are currently in the process of gaining access to the server, where it will be pulled from the data centre and rebuilt.
