Newcare Devon is large provider of community care services to elderly and disabled people in Devon. Although a large company our needs as far as web design are pretty simple and I suspect did not amount to a great technical / artistic challenge for the RPM team.
However our business was welcomed our ideas sought and incorporated and we were never made to feel anything other than valued customers
The other side of our experience with RPM is rather different. We deliver service to 100's of very vulnerable people and with a large, 250 plus, workforce we rely on specialist software to produce the essential work schedules for our care workers. To put it bluntly if our computers go down we are in serious trouble.
RPM have for many years been essential partners in our business installing e.g. all day on a Sunday working around us to install our kit in a new office to ensure our continuity of service, (they do drink a lot of coffee) , maintaining and repairing our hardware and when necessary patching up obsolete but still essential software programmes. We will most certainly continue to use RPM and cannot, or don't want to imagine a time when their, knowledge of our systems, understanding of our business and accessible expertise would not be available to us.
Guys I can't thank you enough for the work and effort you put into making our site a success. It was only a couple of months before we are being flooded with enquiries. You have made everything so easy for us and I have to say how delighted we were that the web site was finished well ahead of our expected timing. Great job guys, thanks again
